Responsibilities
What can you expect?
Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
Oversee projects across R&D development and product delivery, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and client needs.
Develop and refine project management methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
Facilitate collaboration between your team and cross-functional departments, enhancing the integration of tech and content for seamless project execution.
Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, roadmaps, and tasks, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
Engage with clients regularly, offering insights, progress updates, and ensuring that their requirements are met with precision and creativity.
Proactively identify challenges and lead your team in the brainstorming and implementation of strategic solutions.
Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, adapting processes as needed to meet the dynamic demands of the business.
Conduct regular reviews of deliverables, guaranteeing they meet our high standards and client specifications.
Qualifications

Proven experience in project management within the tech sector, with a strong preference for those who have led project management teams.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A demonstrated passion for technology and innovation, with a keen eye on industry trends and developments.
A proactive, take-charge attitude, complemented by a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
High level of initiative and detail orientation, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
Direct experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
Skilled in negotiation and the creation of requirement specifications.
Adept at problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities effortlessly.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies and tools, including but not limited to Jira and Airtable.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to adapt to new project management software as needed.

Payment
Outside of the UK, up to 60,000 EUR per year (or local currency equivalent) full-time contractor contract, depending on experience and skills.

Recruitment Process
Firstly, you will be asked to complete an online video which will involve answering a mixture of questions.
Secondly – if your online video goes well, you will be invited for an interview with Rob, our VP of Ops and Ben, COO.
Following this, you will be sent an exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem solving skills. Depending on the outcome of this exercise, you will be invited for a final interview via MS Teams with Rob and Ben.
