We're looking for an amazing Live Operations Coordinator to join our growing team and help push us on to the next 100 million users.

Responsibilities
Watching Live Sport & Programming Content:
Watching live sports games (yes, you read that correctly) and monitoring automated content being published
Programming digital content for world leading sporting leagues - what you publish will be seen by millions of fans
Following tried and tested processes for content quality assurance (bonus points if you can find ways to improve them)
Light production of thumbnail assets using our template library
Learning and mastering the use of our proprietary platform
Populating internal tools with client data, checking consistency, and raising any discrepancies with line manager
Communicating Effectively:
Communicating is key here, you’ll be in regular contact with the internal team and clients
Raising issues promptly and succinctly in the correct forums (mainly Slack)
Troubleshooting issues and following clear guidance to do so
Responding to client support requests
Other related tasks such as managing asset download and filing
Qualifications
Most crucial of all – you'll need the confidence and ability to work independently in this role
An interest in sport
Technical aptitude for understanding new software and systems
Ability to prioritise workload and complete tasks to deadlines
Unparalleled attention to detail Strong organisational skills High work-ethic and self-motivation
Excellent written and communication skills
What’s nice to have:
A bachelor's degree
Experience using project management software like Airtable
Some relevant work experience

Recruitment Process
First, you will be invited for a 60-minute interview via Zoom. During the meeting, Kiera, Recruitment Manager, and Danielle, Recruiter, will get to know you and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all of your questions.
If the interview goes well, we will invite you to a final interview with Emily, Account Manager for one of our major clients.
