We're looking for an amazing Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help push this product on to the next 100 million users.

Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue.

For customers, building their own stories experience can take years and a lot of investment however Storyteller has solved this by allowing companies to integrate in days, not years all for one monthly cost. Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.

Responsibilities

What can you expect?

  • Using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality social content for high profile sporting clients 

  • Using existing branding guidelines and source material, including client-provided style guides, to create fun Story designs and social media assets to engage fans and promote sporting events and teams 

  • Suggesting a variety of creative solutions and providing options for managers and clients to consider 

  • Producing assets that convey a clear and effective message with impact and creative flair that encourage click through or engagement 

  • Following client accounts and competitors on social media to research and put forward own ideas for engaging and innovative content 

  • Managing time well to produce multiple assets per day and communicate with managers on progress 

  • Learning our collaborative tools and using them to drive your assets through our internal processes 

  • Self-evaluating, proofing and reviewing own work 

  • Incorporating internal and client feedback into final product 

  • Developing your own skills by learning from other team members and through independent research  

Qualifications

What's important to us:

  • Excellent eye for detail particularly regarding typography and layout 

  • Advanced understanding of Figma, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop  

  • Experience and skills in digital design work 

  • Experience with workplace collaboration tools such as Slack / Confluence / Airtable is desirable 

  • Experience with producing fun, polished, well-designed assets 

  • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining accuracy 

  • Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities 

  • High work-ethic and self-motivation

Payment

27,000 – 37,000 USD per year, depending on experience and skills.

Contract

Full time contractor contract - fully remote working from anywhere within the ET/PT time zone!

Recruitment Process

Firstly, we will invite you to a first interview - Here you will meet Ashara, our Lead Project Manager, in a 60 minute interview via Zoom. It’s a mix of technical and culture-fit questions as well as providing you with more details about our projects and working in our team.  
 

If the technical interview with Ashara goes well, we will invite you to complete a design task followed by the final interview (30 minutes) with Ashara and Andy, who is Chief Delivery Officer at Storyteller – it’s another mix of technical and culture-fit questions.
